Insurgent Cuisine is an artisanal fishing and food company serving the west coast of Puerto Rico. We charter, fish, cook, and host — in no particular order! We also partner with local fishers, farmers, and producers to provide memorable fishing and culinary experiences.

Fish Market
We fish when weather permits, and we partner with other fishers from Puerto Rico for local line-caught, day-boat catches. Check out what’s fresh today and place an order for pick-up.
